All our products are print on demand and made specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue by sending a replacement.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Replacement or refund is not guaranteed in such cases.
